In Khail Gates Community...WestZone --One stop for all from Groceries to Mobile Shoppe ..Money Exchange Opticians. 1st Floor--- is the Metro Discount market Available on Saturday &Sunday Evening Starts around 6pm.Good options for clothes shoes Bags other accessories.

The worst customer service and security guard. The evening shift security supervisor and security guy were very disrespectful. They did not listen to customer opinion. When I told them that I will make complaint about this. The security guard mentioned go and tell no issue for him. Bad and rude behaviour from security guard. Not expected like this service from West Zone.

Even they are not allowing empty reusable bag and they push us to buy plastic bag from cashier.

Nice supermarket in this alkhail gate where we can buy all thing especially nice quality of garment, and grocery items are all available and all the butcher,pork,seafood , vegetables are fresh

The place is located in Al Khail Gate Community. Stands above than any other supermarket in the vicinity.
Prices are very competitive against near by competitors and sometimes offers great deals on short expiry items.
The only store in the vicinity to serve non halal food offering as a separate section.
What can be better is prevention of big gatherings outside the gate which in these times gives a second thought of not to enter however very well managed from inside.
Staff is courteous and helpful.
Car washing facility in the free parking area makes this place more favorable to come.
Areas to do better: Standard staff uniform will be helpful

very bad customer service, they dont trust their customer. Even personal belongings are not allowed inside their store, they think and let u feel like a thief! Always feel unhappy whenever i do my shopping to WZ, better to order from Carrefour.

There are variety part of pork meat. The price of the same are very cheap. Many many asian food sauces as well as spices helps asian people life in Dubai, UAE. The reason why I gave 4 star is fresh food such as meat, fish and vegitable looks
not so fresh. For purchasing frozen pork meat, west zone is best.
