I order via WhatsApp I clearly inform the fish should not be cut or remove anything inside only scale and fin if cut I will return its not the first time I order but they keep cutting so I return as I give them a clear instructions.
Plus the onion in flyer is 1.95 while in receipt 3.50 so I asked the delivery man but he can't explain he said he doesn't know so I returned my order As they didn't follow my instructions.
Then manager called and he hang up so I got mad I sent a message Paghal as no one talk nicely to me and explain the promotion while my order got delayed.
After I sent a message they sent someone to explain the promotion but my order was disregard and they didn't bring my order as they said they can't take any oder from me.
This is not acceptable of behaviour of the manager they didnt check the whole scenario why I get mad Yes I agree I have mistake to sent Paghal to this manager but if you were on my situation everyone will get mad on their behaviour everyone will tell paghal I want to take action with this complain specially on their communication to their customer if they don't want to call them paghal.,
and it must all stuff have knowledge on their promotion.

Cons is that, the space of the store is too tiny. Wished it could've been more spacious.

They also have a fresh salad bar which tastes good; items are quite fresh and quality is upto the mark. Like all around Dubai, parking is an issue as the road is quite busy throughout the day and evening.
Loyalty points are offered to customer on every purchase. Also there is a freshly cooked food section. Rice and chicken are of good taste and quality. All in all a good experience.
