⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for:
1) Items Price - very competetive

2) Promotions - variety of promotions from time to time. Shop also offer promotion for long expiry products.

3) Filipino Products - Kabayans will no longer miss our home cause Westzone offer most of know Filipino items.

4) Indian/Nepali pork cutter (the guy who cut his finger due to his work) - Even though he got hurt because of his work, he still always manage to smile and greet the customer. I wish i remember his name so i can brag him so more people will know how "he loves his job" ???????????????? good job kuya ????????

5) Supervisors - for allowing our poor ????u200d⬛ cats to go inside the shop even for a while because of the very hot weather cats might collapse due to heat stroke. Thank you for not sending them off specially between 10am-4pm ????????

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:
1) Cashiers - they are always smiling. And they always have change for smaller bills.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ for:
1) Pet Supplies - please offer more variety of pet products. And also include pet foods in your monthly promotions.

2) Product Arrangement - maybe due to a small space most of the new arrival stocks are piled up near the cold section going in the vegetabel section.

⭐️ for:
1) Paid Plastic Bag - disappointed with the paid bags. It's ok that we pay for bags, but for the quality of the bag. It is very thin that the vegetable plastic bags are thicker that the paid plastic bags.

2) As we all know Dubai (UAE) will be very soon PAPERLESS, that is why i dont understand why this branch suddenly implemented a "minimum purchase" for debit/credt card transaction. Please help promote paperless advocacy thru CASHLESS transactions. Accept card payments even for 50fils ????????????????????

3) Filipino Staff in Prok Section - this is the main reason i got triggered to post a review. He is always unapproachable. Most of the time we just try to understand that maybe he is just tired. But, one time i was also tired from work and it is so hot outside, then again when i went to go and take some pork, he showed some attitude again. I hope you will not transfer or fire him, i want to see if he will change after this post. Please do remind him that he is not just working as "meat cutter" (maybe that is why he is acting rude because he thought that customer is belittle-ling him) but instead he is a "customer service / guest expert". Remind him that it is a noble job and he has to do it with pride ???? (not with negative pride).

Great collection of your daily need products. They are quick in delivery and hygiene is maintained. Need to add some more variety in bakery collection. They hv credit card facilities at store but should start for delivery too. That will increase the sales foresure. Great offers and discounts on weekends. You can buy almost everything. There vegetables and fruits are fresh.
