Today I call and ask if they have delivery at the h hotel office tower and I'm not happy because its my first time to call them and 1 guys close the phone and I think they are very rude person I'm so disappointed atlis he explained nicely that sorry we are not delivery that place ????

Its near my home, the staff is very kind.
They always deliver upon my request, thats the real deal for me. I walk in, chose, buy and then I don't have to carry yhe grocery. They are so quick that the gorcery delivery guy reaches my home before i do.
The music at store makes me happy, its open 24x7 and is super convenient to opt for shopping as per my personal schedule.
Store is super clean every time i have visited

Poor customer service went there to buy meat,2 meat section guys were sitting asked them to cut my meat they told me u have to wait until we finish eating.went to the front 3guys we’re there sitting asked them if they cud cut my meat they went in the meat section seing two guys siting eating and they told him the same thing he told me wait until the guys are done eating.u say u are 24hrs open why can’t 1 person go on break the other cover him or ask 1 of the front guys to cover the section up than have 5ppl in the shop siting down and customers waiting for those who are eating for 10 mins in the shop just for u guys to get done with ur eating!!!???
Ended up buying a juice but was supper disappointed because iam a paying customer and expect some good service.

Everytime i buy sliced fruits in the morning before i go to work its already spoiled when i reached to work after 40mins and time to eat,, twice i throw in the bin ..Im a regular costumer in this market everyday i buy products coz im working in motor city thats place no supermarket in my working area..
