I am very dissapointed with the service i buy some stuffs and they told me in 30mins will come to your room and then i call back in one hour they said staff shift change and waiting for 2hours to get my stuffs i never expect like this

Management is trash , zero hygiene

Please give proper trainings to the counter staffs.
No coins to give balance. And card reading machines doesn't accepting the card swipe.
I've been stuck at cash counter and waited for 5-10 minutes to checkout when I've been there to buy a small grocery item on last weekend. Thanks

You can find any thing you find and have chance to choise from at least 2 brand but sometimes prices may be more expensive than near supermarkets

Very poor service of staffs. This shop should be complain to the bank of UAE. The cashiers also the supervisors are very picky to the money they paid by customers. they accept only the new ones.
