Been living here for 4 years in 3 different apartments. Love the burj and downtown views, see pictures. Good value for money. Sometimes maintenance issues but they’re usually hands on it.

I DON’T RECOMMEND ! VERY BAD TOXIC SMELL!
I rented an apartment just a month ago, and there is a VERY BAD SMELL, I called the maintenance right when i moved to the apartment and they said that there is no issue, after calling them everyday, they came to fix the issue, however, after coming everyday and trying to fix it for 1 month, they was not able to fix the issue.
The apartment still have a very bad toxic smell, and it is not suitable for living, however, the leasing office, and the maintaining are not doing anything about it, even though I am calling them everyday.
Very disappointed that such a nice building has a very bad unprofessional management and lessers.

The security guard Rijan Namas was so unprofessional and aggressive didn’t give me parking even tho I live in the building . He was telling me to park in paid parking even tho I’m a resident. He promised to give me space during Eid and then I left without a parking space. The management team is very bad.

the worst experience in my life, be prepared that the guard can be rude to you and if you answer him that you file a complaint, he can beat you, inadequate sooooo rude and arrogant employees, the whole family wrote a statement to the police. do not recommend

One of the worst towers to have an office in - I've rented for a year over here and will celebrate the day I leave in June

The AC have issues and multiple times I've tried fixing it from either through the landlord or by my own expense its not possible

You're visitors are coming over to the office? Well you better tell them they won't be able to find any parking fully well understanding that they're is ample amount of parking spots their are 6 floors of parking under the floor and 2-3 above floor. Reason being is simple they want you to pay about 4k Odd per new parking spot (you're allocated only one)

You've got gates if you are dropped off if you have more than 5 employees using the office YET again pay more to get more access cards

Elevator during peak times is a disaster they've got a system then when loads of people are waiting and you input the floor you want to go (as you need to do that prior to entering the elevator) it tells you wait 20 seconds and try again

Speaking to the management of the building is pointless as well...
My honest advice regardless of rent or sale price avoid this place at all costs

Living there 2years. Security guards are awful . They are unkind nd very rude.
Building is clean.

I was a resident of Westburry Residence in 2018. My experience there was quite a positive one. The building is fairly new, pet friendly, the building management team is easy to deal with and security are watchful yet helpful.

Pros:
Amenities are new and well taken care off. Maintenance issues when reported, are taken care off promptly. The gym is well equipped and spacious, so is the pool. The location of the building is great, takes about 5 minutes to get to Downtown Dubai. I did not pay any agent fees as I booked the unit directly through the developer.

Cons:
Lifts are slow, I was living on the 40th floor and it took me more than a minute to get from the ground floor to the 40th. Not a major issue:D. Chiller prices were exorbitant. The management company "Logic Utilities" is ripping customers off. Studios don't have balconies. The washing machine provided did not have a dryer.

Living here since October 2017, overall great building management, but small and expensive apartments. Watch for the district cooling bill, it adds 3500 dirhams cost to your studio rent

Pros:
Excellent maintenance so far, amazing gym, very nice pool, great location, parking included
Cons:
Small size of apartments,horrific cooling bill from "Logic Utilities" , no studios with balconies, no visitor parking, rent is higher than average considering that apartments are so small
