I am a regular guest of this property and I am highly satisfied. Location is one of the best in dubai. Very clean and good housekeeping service.

Worst experience ever. Had to fight hard for hours to get a refund. The apartment had no refrigerator, and when I settled for an icebox, got a very small one. They tried to move me to cheaper options at the same price but I refused. The offered me a discount then reduced the discount amount. Their agent was shouting and threatening a security guard at the property. Their manager was very disrespectful to me.

Anyway Westminster Holiday Home Residence at Adress Dubai Mall is something special The Room was large, very clean and really very nicely decorated. Room are quite spacious with all the basic facilities. Housekeeping is immaculate. Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful. The swimming pools were very well maintained and there were enough loungers. I really enjoyed the service I received from my first time. The hotel staff members were more than accommodating for our needs. They were prompt, polite, and made us feel at home were all very friendly and accommodating. They were ready to help us with anything we needed. It was amazing experience. Definitely will go back anytime soon.

EXCELLENT service the room was very nice, everything was organized... I was delighted to spend my visit to Dubai there...service staff are very obedient and do whatever they can to comfort you and they know what they are doing so it gives a professional look to them...the room was wonderful and organized all thanks to room service...summary: This is the right place for the best hospitality experience in Dubai.

As an owner, I highly recommend Westminster. We have several units at Address Dubai Mall that have been managed by them for the past five years, consistently outperforming and generating high returns for us. The team is trustworthy, especially Mr. Hany.

Poor service. After booking was paid and confirmed we have been informed that it was changed to a smaller apartment. Since November we are chasing for the refund and until now we did not get anything.
I surly don’t recommend them to anyone looking for a piece of mind holiday and wanting a professional service as they are far from even acknowledging customers concerns and requests seriously.

The properties there are luxurious, the service there is excellent and the staff are very polite and helpful especially Mr. Osama.

I really enjoyed my stay there and whenever I am in Dubai again they are my number 1 go to...

Booked the megabus to Birmingham from this stop and it never showed up. Stood outside in the cold for 3 hours with 5 others and when I contacted their twitter service, they told me “it would be there soon”. They told me there was a “45 minute delay” so I’m not entitled to a refund even though the bus never showed up and I had to pay £50 for the train instead.

Turns out the drivers skip past the stop whenever they feel like it so if you’re booking with Megabus, take it from Norwich bus station instead.

If I would give 0 star if I could. My coach never showed up today. On their website it dares to say it's on time. No real live status whatsoever. Called them but the machine said all of their call centers are closed due to the pandemic. And directed us to their social media platforms. Sent them a Twitter enquiry, no reply. Absolutely horrendous. Will never use them again.

Use them on Tuesday lunch time and the bus driver was in a bit of a rush 3 cars had to move out of his way quickly then all the way from Norwich to Great Yarmouth he was doing a 100 mile a hour me being me had to take pictures of the speed just in case something happened just glad they have seats belts on there

This one is the best bus station in Norwich no delays than another bus good service and good staff always recommend to my friends as well!
