We had an excellent experience here. Our car needed a fresh coat of paint and when they were done, it looked good as new! They also helped us out with other bits and pieces the car needed. Unfortunately tried this garage based on the reviews. Worst garage I’ve ever dealt with. Technicians are dishonest and rude. A simple minor service turned into a 9-day long headache with multiple calls and constant follow up texts to the owner who barely responded.

The owner claimed the following before the service: oil & filter change, Air & AC filter cleaning, joints and driveshaft greasing, doors and locks lubrication, and a full inspection. But when I went there, they only did the oil and filter change, tire inflation, and quick look under the car for leaks and said done. I asked them to grease the driveshaft to which the technician with glasses said it doesn’t need grease (Nonsense). When I told him my truck needs greasing every service, he said they don’t do it. Then I showed him the owner’s messages. Then he got loud and very rudely said they don’t have grease. I informed the owner, and he said he will contact me when he gets the grease. I had to follow up every day for 8 days before he replied that I could come. No apologies for the inconvenience or unresponsiveness.

Only later did I realize they didn’t even clean the air and AC filters. When I informed the owner, he told me the technicians said they did it right in my presence, but if I’m still “doubtful” they can redo it, implying that I’m lying. How could they have cleaned the air filter if they didn't even remove the engine bay cover? How could they have cleaned the AC filter if the passenger door or glove box was not even opened? Making a mistake is one thing but implying the customer is lying is another. See the picture of the air filter taken a few days after the oil change for proof.

On the second visit, the technician with glasses was acting passive-aggressive. He greased 3 points and tried to send me off. I told him to clean the filters to which he started confronting me asking, "Who told you it wasn’t cleaned?" I said I checked it myself, to which he replied, “So why didn’t you clean it?” I replied, “I’m not a garage. Do your job right and stop trying to cut corners.” I asked him why he lied to his boss saying he cleaned the filters. Instead of admitting his fault, he kept arguing and said, "You’re a customer, so I’m letting you go." I didn't leave until he cleaned the filters which were both filthy and the silence spoke for itself. He tried to send me off again, but I told him to lube the doors as his boss promised. Even for that, he argued.

Avoid this garage at all costs.

Wheelocity was recommended to me by one of my contacts when my car battery died. All communication was done on WhatsApp, and for a moment I wasn’t sure if they had the right battery in stock. Faiz and his team went that extra mile to make sure I got the exact battery I had been told to get. Excellent service both by Faiz and Said who drove all the way to Sports City to replace my car battery. I received a personal follow-up message a few days later to check if everything was okay with my car. I would definitely recommend Wheelocity. Thanks again!

Was charged 100 AED for an inspection (initial price for inspection was 150 AED) for a slight pull to the right on my vehicle.

Was advised to replace lower arms, upper arms and shock absorbers with no clear reason other than - "your current parts are aftermarket".

If you're looking for real expertise, this place doesn't have it and I would suggest avoiding it.

A great service provider for car maintenance. They give you insight into any issues that arise and are very cooperative. I've been dealing with them since 2019 and have never encountered any problems. The turnaround time of their maintenance is quick and I can trust that my automobile is in good hands. Keep up the great work guys!

When it comes to finding a trustworthy garage to get your car fixed, it comes the hard way and with a cost associated. After few bad experiences from a few garages in the Qusais area, I finally found a good garage. I had a very good experience with Wheelocity. Mr Khader and his team are amazing, they are customer centric and are honest and transparent about everything. My car had continuous issues with alignment and I took it to Mr Khader. They did a thorough check and showed and explained everything to me and discussed their recommendations of what has to be done to fix it. They took their time and fixed the issue and showed me the parts that they replaced and showed the new part's boxes(as a sign of trust that they have installed original parts). There were 2 iterations and they kept patience with me and worked on perfecting the car. It's very common in any garage to get tricked due to lack of knowledge, but Mr Khader and team don't do that. They explain you and make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend Wheelocity to those who are struggling to find a trustworthy garage for their car.

Great place to walk the kids, pets or just yourself with some beautiful scenery to be enjoyed.

The area is rich with history and has great public footpath routes to Barnard Castle, Durham and more. Ten minute walk to Auckland Castle, the rugby club or the town centre.

Worth seeing. Park on Lower Bridge Street and you can walk right up underneath it. Very impressive. You can also walk up the very steep and cobbled Bridge Street to walk over it. Bear left and re-cross the river on the lower stone bridge 100m upriver to get back to your car. Half an hour all the way round.

Great use of the disused old railway viaduct that was converted into the new A689 road bridge with great skill in 1995. To bypass the old single lane road bridge and the village of Toronto . One of the landmarks of Bishop Auckland and rightly so

Being under the viaduct there are plenty of walks along the river side. Beautiful stunning scenery.
