Had my E300 serviced at this place the other day. Google helped me find them. From there on, the whole thing was easy and simple.

Jacque at the reception was prompt in capturing my requirements and organizing the spares.

The service was quick and done while we waited sipping a hot served coffee in their waiting area. The place (including their washroom) is perfectly clean. I could sense some 'experience' and professionalism behind the show. Thank you guys for the discount.

Always be wary of any company that ask their clients to provide a 5* rating before any service is provided. Recently they changed the break pads on a Mercedes Benz, a very simple procedure. They managed to incorrectly fit the parts for a simple break replacement they released the vehicle without the correct inspections or test drive. This is a major safety issue, which could’ve led to a serious accident and people losing their lives. The issue was raised with the management they failed to investigate and correct the mistake. The vehicle had to be taken to a professional Mercedes approved garage to rectify the mistakes. Wheels Spa management failed to show any remorse they are very rude and unprofessional. Overall 0/10 rating for workmanship, 0/10 for customer service.
