Untrained staff. Even don't know English. All food spicy before we visiting they have zinger which not spicy but now all food spicy and manager even don't want to cooperate to provide food which not spicy and straight saying not possible.
This is Arabic area as per location more Arabic and European living in this area who don't like spicy food why management not think to facilities the people as per there requirement.

Pretty great place for a Spanish Latte.

Also ordered something I usually do not prefer, something that is Lotus Biscuit based.

The Lotus Pancakes are pretty great, not too sweet and a perfect desert to try out.

Many times it happened that I get the wrong orders. The moment I callback and asked for order replacement, the person in charge insisted that I come and collect the right order!! Really I started getting disappointed of staff bad behaviour. How come that wrong orders to be replaced by customer visit the shop instead of the restaurant arrange the right order !

Really good cafe. They have a lot of options in menu and keep adding more. Very friendly and polite staff. Also they have a karak tea. Always happy to visit this place

The food is very affordable, very tasty, and the staff are very friendly. I would love to see some healthy options as they have subway next to them to compete with.
