This is a great new place for kids! It’s an experiential museum with different galleries like water, maze, art, cave, and so much more! My child enjoyed it so much although we were only there for an hour because we arrived late and they close at 7. The staff are great as well, and they offer birthday party packages!

I wish we could do more than 5 stars...the staff(like ALL of them) are super sweet to the kids, patient, and like to have fun alongside them! WOO-HOO has things for every age and every type of play you could think of from digging to climbing to painting to cooking etc.

We are visiting from Saudi Arabia and we will definitely visit again soon! Also, the Cafe is pristine, healthy food along with things any kid would eat. Not the usual chicken nugget and burger at kids places. Thank you!

I would have given it 5 stars but some of the activities in the stations were broken or needed maintenance, however even with all the imperfections the place was great and the kids has a blast amd didn't want to leave. The kids loved the water room and the bubbles. I would recommend leaving that room last as the kids will get soaked. Also, do the art room first so the paintings can dry a bit by the time you leave.

Nice interactive play area with music, building, water rooms, arts room, dino/cave room... I would say it is best for smaller kids 4/5/6, but even our 8 years old had fun. It is clean and staff if very friendly, restaurant seems very good too. However some 'games' or stations were not working, some we did not know what to do and there was no one to explain it to the kids as there was usualy one person covering more than 1 room. All and all we had fun and 2 hours flew by very fast

Our experience at Woohoo was simply amazing. There are different rooms (Music, cave, water, art, water etc) with so many varieties of activities. Kids had so much fun, specially in the water room. Make sure to carry spare clothes if you decide to enter this area. Highly recommended not just for the kids!!!
They have a new gallery ‘Miner’s Trove’, which is a gem mining room.
Parents can take a break and relax at the cafe. Overall, our experience has been great!

Children like it, but from the guardian's point of view, there are some shortcomings.

We entered right after opening, but in some areas there were no staff at all, so information on using the facility was not provided.

Cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance are poor as the number of staff is generally insufficient compared to similar experiential play museums nearby. Personally, the place called 'splash lab' was very disappointing. Some machines didn't work properly, and the bubble solution smelled bad, as if they hadn't been replaced for a long time.

Surprisingly though, the kids had a great time...

I love this place! There are so many rooms with a unique concept in each, enhancing the experience with the concept of edutainment. My Daughter enjoyed it as she explored the splashing water and utilizing the whole space to let herself be free! A perfect place to escape from the busy life and have a fun filled day with the kids. I had no idea how 2 hours flew by. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, this place was a complete letdown. The place was majorly run down with no supervisors or helpers around. The place was a mess.
Being a Saturday I could clearly notice that they had taken up more than they could chew. Every section had something missing, the maze had broken drums, the splash area had missing raincoats, and the toddler area had missing toys... And worst was the creative area. I complained and asked for some help, but after waiting for almost 15 mins outside the section, nobody bothered to come and assist.
They shouldn't accept children when they have booked so many birthday parties. They can't cope up.
The quality doesn't match the price!
