The shop has nice verity of food is clean as well
Has a sitting area outside
The zaatar manakish with vegetables was nice although the vegetables usually have peppermint inside that was missing
Thecheese manakish I had was cold and the dough was full of raw flour from outside

The food quality in this branch deteriorated a lot since opening!
First time we ordered their nostalgic chicken sandwiches (Eugene and Chia Chick) the taste was superb.
SADLY, after couple of months we ordered the same but the chicken was raw!! I called customer support and they were so polite but didn’t revert back.
We decided to give them a second chance since this was our favorite bakery back in lebanon but we had the same issue, raw and fishy chicken!!!
Kindly take this review in consideration to avoid losing more loyal customers

This is my sincere and honest review:
- Although WB is well known, nothing is tasty or special. I’ve tried the whole menu. Never ordering again.
- You don’t listen to your customers if they ask for an improvement in a certain product or introduce new products.
- sitting outside is like sitting on the highway.

You can do better if you want.

Three times in a row doing a mistake! We ordered once kafta and cheese open it came folded, the second time they did a mistake in the dough and third time we ordered cheese open as well like pizza they sended it folded and when you call the branch ask why this happened they answer that they haven't read the comment as simple as that. That was Mirdif branch

Update (Their Mirdif branch closed and surprisingly their Jumeirah branch closed as well). No notice when they will open if they will!

Another great branch for Wooden Bakery, not as big as the Jumeirah branch but serves well the Mirdif and neighboring areas with small outdoor seating when the weather permits. You get fresh bakeries but not in much variety like the Jumeirah branch.

Excellent bakery/restaurant, the freshest manakeesh. Best to order deliveries, as the location has few indoor seating.
Try the cheese and thyme manakeesh and turkey and cheese, they were amazing.

I was really excited to see wooden bakery open up near my house in Mirdif, I even visited the first day and made some purchase.

Later on when I visited this place, I found the staff to be really unprofessional. I happen to see people shouting and asking for service as they were seated for more than 20-25 mins and have not even taken their orders. I myself went to buy some bread and manakish for my 18month old baby and stood in front of the counter (with my hungry baby in hand) for 20mins straight..nobody cared or bothered to ask for the order or take the payment. I even called out to them a few times asking to be served and they still ask for 1 min all the time. I stopped going ever since and I am pretty sure I wont be going there anymore !

As a business always remember one thing - “Customer Satisfaction”- It is key to every business and your staffs completely lacks it. You have lost yourself a loyal customer and maybe more in the coming days due to this behavior !
