Update: even after a Consumer Rights complaint after which I was told the matter was closed, instead of apologising professionally you have copy pasted your baseless accusations (already factually rebutted in detail) to a month old review.
You have refused to respond privately to my email for a month and have chosen to send me the same unacceptable response again publicly weeks later. This is concerning. I was promised a director callback over a month ago which never came. You don't have time to uphold your assurances but you have time for this?

REPLY: After I responded to your email genuinely seeking an amicable solution, you never responded and instead had time to repeat baseless allegations publicly, showing you had no amicable intentions. You accused me of using multiple accounts to post reviews without proof. Interestingly, many of your positive reviews come from accounts with little to no history. Instead of offering the requested apology or providing evidence for your allegations, you chose to publicly restate rebutted claims. Clearly no apologies or assurances were sincere. Due to your refusal to respond privately, I am compelled to respond to you here.
One desk or twenty, as a company owner I expect better after spending thousands. Your customer service failed even with a single order, which raises concerns about trusting you for larger orders.
I find your persistent unprofessional conduct deeply concerning. I categorically deny your allegations. In fact, during our 45-minute call, it was you who consistently interrupted me, raised your voice, and disregarded professional courtesy.
Not only have you failed to address the legitimate concerns I raised, but you have also resorted to leveling false accusations against me publicly to deflect from issues. The complete disregard for the facts and the dismissive manner in which my valid concerns have been handled are shocking.
You claim I "forcefully directing them to the connect with the management immediately." This is untrue as will be shown in call recordings. I only politely followed up after waiting 5 HOURS (!!) for an immediate call back promised by your director. I followed up multiple in writing over several emails. You reneged and didn't bother to respond beyond your baseless allegations, even until now.
Your mention of legal action and attempts to discredit my character are deeply concerning and demonstrate a clear disregard for honest feedback and consumer rights. This response appears to be aimed at silencing and intimidating a dissatisfied customer rather than genuinely addressing concerns raised.
Honest feedback is essential for customer service. I wouldn't spend 45 minutes on the phone with you if I did not believe this. I urge you to reconsider your position and acknowledge that a company's reputation is built on exceptional customer service, not intimidation tactics.
Your written assertion that I instructed you to cancel is factually incorrect. Despite the director and manager assuring callbacks within an hour, you failed to follow through, resulting in 5+ hours of waiting before I reached out again. Your subsequent email was unpleasant, and despite my reminding about the callback promise four times in writing, you did not uphold your assurances which have now lost all value.
Before others repeat my mistake of going with this company they should consider the lack of customer service, exercise caution and learn from my ordeal.

As mentioned in other reviews, the staff were unaware of product details, unprofessional gave incorrect information. When I complained to customer service, they promised a call from sale manager who never reached out. When I finally spoke with her I faced someone who was not very supportive, argumentative and ended the call with empty promises with no resolution.
A director then cancelled my order without consent, failed to follow up as promised and refused to refund me in the same method I used to pay.
