Loved the hotel overall. The room is very comfy (I was lucky to get the one with balcony), with a designated area to work (which I needed) and it's being cleaned every day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good, location is great, you can walk to the beach and visit nearby spots and restaurants on foot. The hotel also gives you towels for the beach and you have a bottle of water for free everyday in your room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bigger room is definitely very nice and the layout is brilliant for a couple. If you also happen to get the Marina view I can imagine it to be a perfect set up. The cleanliness could be a little better but service at the desk was brilliant and they solved a room issue for us immediately with a complimentary upgrade.

I love the hospitality of the whole staffs as well as location is the just in perfect place.
I appreciate free upgrade on suite as well.
Food is amazing with outdoor dining... one of the best staycation ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel ❤️

Louise on the desk was lovely, very helpful. Upender the bar manager, was fantastic and a great ambassador for the hotel. And his colleague on the bar who was a Filipino gentleman I believe, was very good. House keeping team also are fantastic and done a terrific job of maintaining my room and making my stay very comfortable. 5/5 stars, will be back!

I recently dined at Alloro Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and a friendly smile from the staff. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home.

The menu had a wide selection of delicious dishes, and the food exceeded all expectations. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that delighted my taste buds. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delightful journey of culinary delights.

However, what truly stood out during my visit was the impeccable service, especially from Peter. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was extraordinary. His genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant and the food was infectious.

The staff as a whole were professional and courteous, and their attention to detail added an extra touch of elegance to the entire dining experience. The timing of the courses was perfect, and they anticipated our needs without being intrusive.

Overall, Alloro Restaurant is a gem worth visiting. The combination of delectable dishes, inviting ambiance, and the extraordinary service provided by Peter and the rest of the staff make it a must-visit destination for any food enthusiast. Nice hotel, with very good location.
Room was small, though it had an amazing view and balcony.
Bathroom small.
Towels should be replaced because the ones I had in the bathroom were very old.
Breakfast should be improved (quality), but the 1st floor service is good.
Pool area small and not so attractive.
In terms of price-quality it's ok (june season).

Was a perfect stay entirely. Though I don't really have much activities in the hotel as I'm always outside for business meetings but the hotel is fully equipped with necessary amenities for your money and the staff are so polite and helpful. Big up to the bell team Adam for always attentive for my concern. Will recommend.

The staff are very kind and helpful, breakfast was good and also dinner beers expensive.
Although the metro is in walking distance it's to hot to walk there so you will need a cab. The marina is just across the road.
You can book activities from the hotel at very good prices
