It was okay. If you dine outside, there will be cats around your table. The staff will not do anything about it even though it is extremely unsanitary to have wild animals near a place of dining. One cat even jumped onto our table and almost devoured the nearest dish to her. Such a shocking experience. You'd expect you're not in some kind of a dirty back alley of a developing country eating street food. For the price point you're paying here, it didn't seem like it justified the ambience. As for the food, the only thing we liked was the duck. It's not the best duck, but it's passable. The noodles were bland and oily. The fried rice was bland. The kang kong was good too! The sweet milk provided with the buns was not proportionate to the buns.
