Make sure if you’ll have a physical store, card payments are accepted.

It literally took me 20 minutes to figure out “in the store” to know how to pay the stuff “online” just so I could bring it out with me. Very counterproductive.

i thought it was too good to be true so I placed a'test' order. Left a clear note that if you cannot deliver in 30 minutes then cancel the order.
20 minutes later I get an email that it was delivered (and it was NOT), I email back, no one replies. I go on the app support's live chat which said "we reply immediately" and texted them with 5 messages over 5-6 minutes and no one bothered to reply. Do not use this app

We are a tourist in Dubai when we tried using YallaMarket. I was amazed how fast was the delivery (faster than grab and foodpanda). They also make sure that the item has arrived safely without any damages. Unfortunately one of my item has a problem but the YallaMarket team managed to resolved the case immediately and refunded my money. They also have a great CSR team who will make sure that everything is good (Big thanks to Michael ) Purchasing from YallaMarket was very efficient, they have a lot of items that are affordable and good quality than the other store. I also like their eco paper bag. Using YallaMarket during my stay in Dubai makes my life very convenient.

I highly recommend using YallaMarket. I hope they will expand in Singapore.
