- Worst ever service
- Arrogant behavior of staffs

1. Staff behavior is very arrogant! They are not happy if you ask them for any doubts especially price. They have not mentioned the price on many items and selling many stuffs FOR A HIGHER PRICE!!!

2. I bought a bulb from there once and it's written warranty on it and when I asked on how to claim my warrranty if it doesn't work, he said contact company directly or you buy from somewhere else!!! Shocked with the response!

2. The man in the fish counter (25/06/2023, Sunday 2:00PM) : The man in the fish counter were very arrogant and I told him why is he angry, go and have some food; he said he haven't had luch yet... Which is not my problem????????u200d♂️????????u200d♂️????????u200d♂️

Employees are very arrogant and annoying. Cash counter staffs at the Entrance to the fish counter to the end.

I had never ever seen such wrong behavior in anywhere in all over UAE!

I will contact the owner to notify the same soon. I hope at least owner is different ????

I used to order Yamama only now days Yamama given very bad service who answers what's app order message was very rude. He doesn't know how to deal with Customer next time we don't order Yamama

Very poor service.
When I message them to order they ignored the message, I have to call them so that they notice and reply after I ordered , and confirm they will ask after 1 hrs that if you want chicken with skin or not?

This hyper market not bad but they are little Care less. Many times they delivery me wrong item & always they forget some items but they take cheap price .

Prices are high when ordering for delivery compared to other supermarkets. Be careful.
