We went there searching for flat. The watchman was very rude and he didn't show any interest to shows us the flat and didn't give a chance to clear our queries

First time i used a taxi firm in this area. Booked a one off taxi to collect my child from school and didn't turn up. They left a child on their own outside the school - who does that!! luckily another local firm came to the rescue - I tipped £5 for a £14 ride which I had planned to do anyway so you guys have lost short term and long term as i will never use you again - whatever group you are in the future!

Booked a taxi to get to a wedding. Driver was Steve, lovely chap and had a fixed agreed price.
I called again to book a return taxi that evening with a fixed price. The driver Raj picked me up. He tried to ask for more money, was extremely threatening and demanded money upfront. Absolutely horrifying experience, I very nearly called the police as he scared me so much. Thankfully my husband joined us. Very scary experience. He has let this otherwise nice cab company down.

Although the lady that answered the phone (from multiple taxi firms that they own) was very polite, their firms have still left me with a distaste for them. The first time I called it was to Gary's taxis but the lady told me that there wouldn't be a taxi available until an hour's time. I asked whether she could let me know of any other firms within the area (I'm not from around here) and she informed me that her company owns multiple taxi firms.
I called another taxi firm only to end up speaking to the same lady again. I'm really struggling to understand how a huge company was unable to spare ONE car!! I'm baffled. I was desperate for a taxi and became quite anxious as I currently had no way of getting back. Thank God for another taxi firm that is completely separate to these guys!!

Do not rely on for important journies. We had a taxi booked in advance for a journey to the airport at 6am. At 6:20 after calling numerous times to no answer, we finally saw the taxi speed past our house, turn around and drive off before we even had a chance to pick up our bags and get outside.
Absolutely dreadful service! So disappointed to be left running late for a flight. I would strongly advise not to use.

Wish i knew the name of my taxi driver as he was truly amazing! It was around 2am and he already had a man in his car on the way to stotfold. When he got the call in about me needing a lift, the passenger of the taxi said he would get out and walk the rest of the way to make sure i get home safely first as they thought i was a young girl on my own! So thoughful. I was not alone i was with my dad who was in a bad way due to some bad news and the taxi driver was nothing but caring, i cannot thank him enough. My dad struggled to sort out the money due to his state so the driver let us have it for less and i would love to know who he was to give him a tip? Excellent service. Couldnt fault it. Arrived within 3 minutes!

This is the 1st time I've used a taxi service in letchworth. The service was on both journeys very prompt and on time, it was also very affordable although my journeys were small. And the drivers I had were pleasent and friendly.

Don't know what people are Complaining about, use this for journeys every Monday morning for last 4-5 months to luton airport. Always 5 minutes early and reasonably priced
