We purchase 2 sunglass and 1 eyeglass in your shop in Muraqqabat area. But my eyeglass is not workable, and I am very much grateful to Mr. Jay-Filipino who never turn down my request to rectify my eyeglass (progressive). In fact, you are better than the optometrist who assist me. He supposed to take care of me until the eyeglass will be much comfortable to use. But unfortunately, he (optometrists) never does. Anyhow, it was already replaced, and Mr. Jay take care of it until fully done and very clear to my eyesight. I think if helpful. Your optical shop needs a Filipino Optometrist to take care our nationality. We are not just one in this country who needs optical care. More hospitable staff is a great asset to prosper. Thank you, Mr. Jay, for being so kind and considerate.

This shop staff Ali is terribly rude! I tried the glass on he came and said give it to me! I said I cannot try? He said if I want to try I need permisión from him! In Dubai any glass shop people can try on glass freely! I asked who is him? Is he the owner of the shop? Is he’s the owner it’s a private shop you have the right to not let people try if you don’t like! He is just a staff working there sounds like he’s the boss! Sad for the owner of the company to hire this kind of rubbish to be the sales person in your shop! That’s why there’s no people there!

when my glasses broke suddenly ,i had a hard time seeing and luckily i pass by this shop and went inside to seek help. i was not expecting any help because i am not a customer, i was merely taking a chance if someone would help me fix my glasses. one kabayan attendant came to my aid and tried his best to fix my glass for free. i will never forget you sir . more blessing to come

I have excellent experience of Yateem on Al Rigga. I bought two pairs of multifocal glasses that were expensive but have lasted me for years. Outstanding value. And great customer services from Mr Jay and others.

They were recommended by a senior doctor and I visited yesterday. Mr. Abhishek Kapur is one of the best opticians I have met. He examined eyes in detail and with a lit if patience. Totally satisfied and would recommend this for sure.
