Our office is here ????
This building and it's surrounding is always busy and lively. The offices are moderately maintained.

The location is at the center of Al Barsha 1, very near and accesible to all necessities - restaurant, mini grocery, hypermarket, mall, metro station and bus station.

Also has a lot of residential apartments, so having an office here could be a real convenience.

Yes it's traffic at rush hours (like any other place) but manageable.

I have recently moved my office to Yes Business Tower. The service is great and its management office is in the same building, the management team is very supportive whenever I need anything. The area is always kept clean.

Additional perks:
1- Free meeting room when required (based on availability).
2- No chiller charges or hidden fees.
3- Nice coffee shop at the lobby, delivery also available.
4- Basement parking.
5- Each office has its own pantry and toilet.
6- Offices are fitted out so saves alot of cost and time.
7- Supermarket nearby.
8- Great location, easy to find so your visitors will not get lost.
9- Tenants are very good and supportive, I got multiple leads from them.

One of the best places to run your SME business. I have had my office at Yes Business Tower since 2020 and I got stuck post the rental period due to the pandemic. But, the management of Yes Business Tower has not only helped me with my SME business, they also have been patient enough to understand and help me with my issue. The best customer service I have ever had in renting any place in the UAE. I totally recommend them and give them a 5 star.

Our office /business been based at Yes business tower since 2013 , the building still at its best like new since then ,also always clean , prompt and responsive maintenance staff , friendly and helpful building management office personnel in addition into a very convenient and ample parking space .

Excellent service! The management team were very friendly & professional . Very fast transaction indeed! One of the best landlord we have dealt with . The building itself are clean and well maintained. Must recommend to everyone!!
