I never saw in my entire life any spa with no privacy, I was changing my clothes then I found out that door have window so every one can look at u,
It’s strange
Massage was fair but other branches better.

Just had a terrible experience at YinYang where I’m a regular. I normally go to JBR or Safa but because it was fully booked decided to go to this location. The therapist was so mechanical and lazy she didn’t care at all. I went around 7 pm so it could have been late but it was as if she wasnt even in the room, didn’t even finish the regularly flow of a deep tissue body massage. Yinyang team you need to look at this and try fix it because your quality is going down.

UPDATE :
Yinyang called right after my bad experience, apologized and said they would investigate and speak with the therapist on their end. They took notes on my account for a better experience in the future which means they care and value about the customers experience which I appreciated.

Amazing staff and very good respectful services.
Prices are more than reasonable.
I think I been customer for 3 years now and with no complains

Bruises in my arms and salon apparently doesn’t care since you didn’t call
Me back! I did the anti stress massage they recommended for a soft to medium intensity. Extremely disappointed and will for sure never come back. The therapist was hurting me cause it was too strong so I had to tell her several times that it’s too strong as I have a small body so she needs to adapt (55kg). And when she changed it was just wayyyyy tooo soft so I asked her to find sthg in the middle a bit stronger without hurting me. Anyways, few hours later I started to have so much pain in my arms and shoulders , until now it’s been two days and it’s hurting me so much , I probably have bruises under my skin and will go shortly to see a doctor to get it checked. I did a lot of massages in dubai and thailand and never had pain the day after ,it’s supposed to make me feel good and particularly because I didn’t chose the strong one cause I know my body can’t take it so I chose something light and feel horrible and a lot of pain. I called you yesterday to inform you and you said you will checj and call me back. You obviously don’t care at all since you never called back so I will call you again tomorrow. Of course I am expecting a refund for this horrible 60 min of suffering. And don’t imagine that you’re doing me a favor if you refund me because you’re not offering me money, you re just giving me back what you are certainly not supposed to be paid for. I still have to go through the headache of going to see a doctor and I have pain and am worried about my arm everytime I touch it’s horribly painful. Ovvisou I don’t recommend your place at all and do not hesitate to call back before I do tomorrow at least show some interest in the mess you did! You clearly don’t know how to take care of customers and I wasn’t planning to leave this review but since you didn’t call back, I feel it’s fair and I don’t want people to go through this.

One of the best Chinese massage centers in Dubai. They have very skilled stuff and the rooms are clean.
They also offer cupping.

As a standard spa I would have to say that the Yinyang Connection Spa does not disappoint. The staff are very professional, and the facilities are immaculate. The atmosphere is relaxing and I always feel so fresh after my treatment. It is worth it to make the trip over to this spa.
