The Yoga House at the Greens is a great place to practise yoga.

And the "Desert Bliss" retreat organized by Yoga House manages to top it off. Truly a bliss! It is a retreat not to be missed, whether you are just passing by Dubai or stayed for many years, beginner to yoga or yoga had been part of your routine.

Starting from the Evening sunset yoga, followed by a taste of Antioxidant powerhouse Cacao and relaxing under the serene desert sky with Mystifying yet Calming music flowing in the background. And the night is not over without a Stargazing session where the stars are so brightly lit under the clear night. Using the stargazing telescopes well setup by the organizer, one can even see the well defined Saturn rings in the October sky!

With the sunrise, the surprise does not end. It starts with a mini tour exploring the Fossil packed landscape around Camel Rock that was once part of the Seabed while enjoying the magnificent view as the dawning sun extends its reaches. Ending the retreat with a wonderful session of Sun Salutations and Partner Yoga lead by yoga instructor Bhuphinder Dhand and most importantly enjoying the synergy and getting to meet with like-minded people in the community.

Kudos to the team of Yoga House who managed to packed a abundant of activities in a mini retreat. What a Journey!

Desert Bliss retreat organised through Yoga House studio was an amazing experience. The place itself in the middle of desert gave a magical atmosphere to the evening and morning yoga sessions and cacao ceremony and sound healing recharged me with a new great energy.

Hi just wanted to say that I had a wonderful weekend at the Desert Bliss Yoga. It was so well organized and as a first time camper I was very comfortable. A mention to the men helping organize us & drive us around - they went above and beyond last night to get me hot water & even helped to charge my phone this morning. The vegetarian buffet was delicious with so much variety. The yoga was top quality and very calming. The sound healing was a 1st time experience for me & I loved it.

I attended Desert Bliss event and was very pleased and satisfied. Organizers picked amazing place in the desert under mountains and there was plenty of activities... Morning and evening yoga, cacao ceremony, sound healing, star gazing with telescope and I loved morning trip with sunrise view. I will definitely join next time as well. Perfect for weekend getaway and refreshing from busy city life.

I started my yoga journey at Yoga House in the Greens from scratch. Today, I come to the mat at least once a week. They helped me be disciplined and consistent without being competitive. They have variety of classes and a rich schedule. Their instructors are genuinely interested in helping us towards deepening our yoga practice at our own pace. I am grateful.

I took the foundation course of setting your own yoga practice and gained so much from it. Not only knowing about the origin and types of yoga but knowing how to make yoga work for me. Even with the discipline and focus that comes with yoga, I can also make it fun and dynamic depending on what I want out of it.
We had a mixture of theory, yoga posture practices and also breathing practices.
I came out of it very knowledgeable and capable of building a routine for myself embedding all elements.
It was a great opportunity to see and learn from the teacher who is passionate about what she is doing. Thank you Purva for your time with us.

I visited Full moon yoga nidra and sound healing in this yours studio. And it was incredible ! No matter if you just starting in yoga or already long time into, you will definitely love it ! Purva Kaushal who leaded the practice was fantastic ! Super professional with mesmerizing voice. Highly recommend for deep relaxation and discovering yourself. Namaste.

Lovely studio to do yoga! I attend the Sunday morning beginner sessions and have met some great people. Great coffee in Arrows and Sparrows afterwards too. The teachers are knowledgeable and super friendly ????

A lovely welcome by both staff and customers. Small but perfectly formed. No music, no TV, no gaming machines, just people chatting, perfect! And they serve cocktails ????

I’ve visited this little beauty several times, both with my partner and friends…
It really doesn’t matter purpose of your visit your needs are always Accomdation.

So much so that I decided to have my 40th Birthday party there, needless to say a great night was had by all

Highly recommend you will not be disappointed

First visit here for pre Christmas drinks with a group of friends. It’s a really friendly, cosy local bar with a small but very good choice of beer. I’m reliably informed their cocktails were good too, though I stuck to their beers.
Staff are very welcoming and have a great sense of humour.
Booking a table, as we did, is definitely recommended for weekend evenings.
We’ll definitely be returning.

Lovely decor and staff, but disappointing cocktails. They looked very unsure when we ordered a negroni (not great), and even the espresso martini off their chalkboard was weak and luke warm. Everyone else was having beer so perhaps it's better for that, and if do you prefer a cocktail, wander down the road to The Hawthorne in Haworth.

Wow! Amazing variety of drinks and brilliant service. We were made to feel so welcome and genuinely can't wait to go back. If you've not been, it's worth a visit as you won't be disappointed.

We were the first through the doors when it opened for indoor drinking, and sampled some of the 3 craft keg and 2 local cask beers which were excellent Being a wet Friday afternoon it was quietish, but were impressed by 3 blokes who made it their first stop on a pub crawl and experienced some difficulty in leaving. There are also a wide range of canned beers, plus cocktails made from craft gin. It was much busier in the evening and looks like being a valued asset to the village. It's interior and warm down to earth welcome from the owner Kath complete the experience.
