Great experience working with Your Place Real Estate Broker, with particular credit given to agent Bushra Ali who made all the difference. She was very professional, courteous and empathetic and gave a real sense of looking out for my best interests. She is responsive and honest, would highly recommend working with this company and requesting her assistance.

i had one of my best experiences dealing with your place real estate, their professionalism and attentiveness towards their clients needs were exemplary. Bushra was an exceptional broker, made me feel at ease to communicate my requirements and was very forthcoming. Highly recommend!

One of the worst brokers in Dubai. They try to make money from you when you end the contract. Not being on time, not paying what they owe you, making it difficult to leave, not agreeing on the price of the house. And the worst is not respecting customers, they are ready to have vulgar words on the phone, or interrupt the conversation, rude attitude to customers, wasting time and money while I Used the apartment for 2 years. They are willing to treat you badly when you end the contract. I had to pay an extra amount of DHS 3000 which was not in the contract condition or else they would make it difficult to leave while they didn't want to deal with my deposit when signing the contract explicitly clear. Horrible and bad!!! Customers are the ones who lose money for respect and good service, not for abuse and insolence. Do not do any dealings with this company. What a lousy experience!!! I think they don't even deserve a one-star rating.

I dealt with Ms. Boshra who is working as an agent here at Your Place Real Estate during the month of Oct 2021. She was very professional. She did all her best to deliver an excellent service. As well, she did not hesitate to answer my inquires and even after we signed the contract and payment was done.
