Costly. Just to change a brake light bulb, he told 50aed. Then after bargaining he asked 30aed. Not fair.

New to area they answered the phone quickly, they where professional said my driver who's name was Bob would get to me at a certain time and if he could get to me quicker she would text me ,driver arrived on time, great service by everyone.

Awful experince booked a taxi in advance to go to HMS Collingwood and the taxi simply did not show up and when i tried to call it went to voicemail. Disappointing.

Had a taxi last night from Lee on Solent area driver was very professional, he waited about 10 mins for us which is not like other taxi company in Gosport area. It was a smooth journey. I will am glad that I chose Dial a taxi. This is my new favourite taxi company as we use taxi regularly specially late night. Will recommend to friends. Price was reasonable.

Never answer the phone, have called numerous time's and never get hold of a Taxi with them. Is their any point of even having a phone number if you never answer it.

Very good service indeed, quick pick-up and excellent ride to my destination, i especially liked the text letting me know my taxi was arriving and giving the VRN. I dont often need a taxi but Dial-A-Taxi will be my first call every time.

Got a confirmation text 8 minutes before my pickup that my taxi was arriving soon; taxi was 15 minutes late. And the controller was dismissive and nonchalant on the phone when I enquired about it. Not professional, nor proficient, nor reliable!
