I am not usually in the habit of leaving public reviews, but this experience has shaken me to a point where I need an outlet. Whether you are dealing with Zabeel Travels or its offshoot Urgent Travels, approach them with extreme caution. Extremely bitter, frustrating and draining experience with their rude, uninformed, unempathetic, entitled and unprofessional employee Sumaira Naz. The reason why they have Urgent Travels is because they waste so much of your time with misdirection and misinformation that you are inadvertently so close to your travel date you have to use their services. Even after sending numerous emails, Whatsapp messages and paying for the service - I have to now hound them for a refund. It's really a shame. Even 1 star seems extremely generous.

Very professional. We interacted with safana. She is very professional and answers any queries with patience. Over all good experience. Will deal with Safana for all our travel needs.

After taking their service fees they are least bother to update you and help you safana is super rude sometimes and doesn't know how to speak to the clients they should know the correct information from vfs and ambassy about the visa process and time due to their misinformation I am stuck

The service was expected to be smooth, till i recieved my visa to Colombia that i applied for, unfortunately the expiry date was before the planned return date i provided with the request, the agent informed me that I can ignore the return date and stay fro three months, and when I challenged him that I can stay in a country with an expired visa and that he has to be careful with the information he provides to his customer's as he might cause a serious issue to travelers if they followed his inaccurate recommendations, he promised to check and revert back to me but he never did, now I had to change my trip schedule because of the wrong visa date they provided.

FAKE REVIEWS - SCAM ALERT - STAY AWAY

don't try to pay for a visa using their website and good luck tying to reach out to them over the phone. They will tell you that they do this kind of visa and when called they will say no we don't!

Absolutely horrible service. If I could give 0 starts I would.

The website says they do Moldova visa, but when I called them they say they don't make. also they have reviews on their Moldova visa service page, which is a total lie.
they even didn’t ask for the nationality, for checking.
Very Unprofessional service. And highly not recommend for any type of services.

1 star is too much for this extremely unprofessional cab service. They have the RUDEST man front of house and also the same man on the phone. Awful attitude. I do not recommend if you value good customer service and etiquette.

It was supposed to be an executive pick up from the airport. Instead the driver showed up late, called and told me that this company took £170 for the journey but only paid him £78 and he wanted me to pay the rest. It was supposed to be meet and greet but he told me to go to the car park and wait then refused to put my luggage in the car because the agreed amount was not being met. After all that it was cancelled and I had to wait for another driver. Do not waste your time with this company. Almost an hour wasted after a long day and flight.

Was extremely impressed. Cars I used were very clean and drivers appearance was very smart and they were very friendly. First car arrived very promptly we me receiving all the car and driver details by text and a phone call upon his arrival. Second car was incredibly quick . I rang to book from outside hospital main entrance within 3mins the car had arrived super fast Would definitely use this company for any future trips

I have been using this service all week. Each taxi that arrived outside my home called me. Today, this driver claimed he waited outside my home. I waited for the call none was received. So l waited inside my home because l am just recovering from surgery. I called the office and the operator shut me down. When l asked about the call to let me know the cab was outside. His response was l am too late the cab is in another location... If l could give zero star this is what this service is worth. I will not be using this service again.

Took on journey early morning Sunday 28th May. Company sent a text saying the driver was on his way and the driver called 10 minutes before arriving.
Four stars not 5 as it is very expensive to take a taxi to the airport.

I will not recommend this mini cab.. The person picked up the phone was very rude telling me I have costumer to deal be quickly.. He was shouting at me, I've asked for quote but he booked me a ride without my agreement..
I was using their services few times .
But this is end.

After waiting half an hour for my pre-booked cab (booked the day before ), I then spent the next 15 minutes on the phone in queue waiting to speak to someone, finally answered by a woman controller who didn't care? Her view was every one had to wait even citing the airport as a good example of having to wait even though I was trying to get to a restaurant? she didn't have any cabs available and it wasn't her problem? She finished by suggesting I don't use Station Cars anymore if I didn't like the service, what service? I didn't get any, too late for my restaurant reservation, thanks for nothing Station Cars
