Quite a busy station most of the time but the layout is very good with multiple ways to get to both the district and Piccadilly line. I was very delighted with my visit and the station was very clean itself and it was signed easier so you do not get lost. The district line trains can be a bit confusing however, the unique signage can also be quite helpful too!

Overall a really nice station with a unique design unlike any other train station on the network.

Staff need training on how to guide passengers in a polite way and respectfully.
Here is a free lesson to whoever disrespected to me earlier (sunday 4th September 2022 around 10pm). Even if you know encyclopaedia of station and rules, you learn manners.
Instead of responding by "what?" Say pardon or sorry to listen again.
I will remember how you handled when i needed explanation.

The staffs at the station not helpful at all and so unfriendly, they seems only busy in chanting among their selves
