A budget hotel, if you need somewhere to sleep for one night, alone and a cheap place. Otherwise this is not place to enjoy, mostly unclean bathroom and most fittings are broken, with patina, low water pressure almost impossible to bath. In my case the staffs were good. Neighbourhood is disgusting.

Not worth a Star. The rooms are dirty, cockroaches every where. We had to chance the rooms cause they couldn't find our booking which wasn't that much of a big Deal. But the second room we got was bloody bad. The pipes in the bathroom leaked water, so that the bathroom was flooded. And when we got our room we left our stuff in there obvious. In the evening got back to the hotel and notuced that there was someone in our room cause the TV was on and you could smell cigarette smoke (the Windows were closed so couldn't be the room next door). We told the reception guy what happen and He said that there is no Problem if nothing got stolen.
I cant recommand the hotel even we dont have high standards when it comes to travelling but this is by far the worst place I ever stayed in.

The receptionist wasn't helpful. And the bed sheet are stained not clean ...there is no running water in the toilet and also no hot water...the experience was not pleasant...

An okay hotel. Rooms are nice. But they charge for Wifi. They give you a password for some Dirhams that expires after a few hours and when it finishes, you then have to pay for another password.

I don't know about the situation now, but when I went there first in 2013, and then in 2016, I experienced this issue.

Budget hotel. If u want good views and sound sleep then it is not the place but if you need a budget hotel then ok. Always rush on the road outaide. Staff is average esepcially the room men not boys are worse. Offering massage services. Parking is night mare here. Opposite Private parking after barganing will charge you Dhs 50-70 for a night. RTA charge dhs 4 per hour

Dubai is an expensive hotel city, and we just needed somewhere to spend a few night hours. One of the cheapest options was Zaineast Hotel. Our room was very basic, hard beds and a noisy air con, You will see the highest number of cockroach in your life and with private shower/toilet. Staff was friendly. But be sure to print out a detailed map (and a telephone number to give the taxi driver) to find the hotel. It's in a small lane off Musalla Road and very difficult to find. The hotel is a, weak, 1 star hotel. My "below average" rating is based on the price paid (Agoda AED 250 for a triple room).

The Indians spat on the base of the building, giving it a different look from its original painted colour. Hygienic condition very poor. The bathrooms are very bad . needs a thorough enforcement cleaning.
