Very expensive rent and comparably the fixtures and equipment is 3rd class. Fixtures in bathroom break within few weeks of normal use. Airconditioning breaks often and the flat becomes melting pot. It takes several weeks or months to get that Airconditioning fixed. No children play area so they have to play outside the building. Only one car park for even 2 bedroom apartment.

Also security deposit not returned till now even after one month
