Reasonable price for Mandi with exceptional service and cleanliness.
The menu and eating space were clean.
Ordered Mandi and other dishes.
They brought me a salad with sauces followed by a bowl of rice and chicken.
After lunch, they provide a complimentary Arabic dessert and hot tea.
There is a waiting period during holidays and peak hours.
Similarly, parking is also a constraint on similar days.
Hopefully, they can sort these out as the food was delicious.

A traditional Emirati restaurant. Fantastic mandi experience. You need to at least come here once during your visit to Dubai. I recommend three times to try the variety of mandi. The three main variety to try are the camel, mutton + chicken and mix sea food. All three are unique. All the mandi come with freshly made condiments including green chutney, tomatoe chutney, dates pickle and dried smoky chilly paste. The seating has traditional majlis , private family rooms and dining tables. The mandi is Emirati style which is more flavors than other mandi from Yemen etc. It has a south asian influence. The grill fish are marinated nicely with spices. It is not chilly spicy but herbs and spices spicy. Kids can eat it. The restaurant opposite Deira city mall more specifically opposite parking 3 Carrefour. I an definitely coming back.

An honest review of Zam Zam Restaurant. This restaurant is overrated. Nice ambiance, but the food does not reflect a true Yemeni taste.

The chicken mandi was just ok, nothing special. The rice is not that flavorful. Pretty bland and you need to add the sauce to have some flavour.

The chicken, although soft and tender, is not well seasoned. The soup also does not have that thick sourish kick. Instead is a diluted version of the usual Yemeni soup.

Set also comes with a plate of fresh vegetables as sides. But, without the fresh chilis. As a replacement, the restaurant provides a small cup of fried chilli paste. Spicy, but does not go very well with the rice.

This restaurant is usually patronized by tourists and foreigners. I don't think the local Emiratis would eat at this restaurant as there are many authentic Yemeni restaurants around Dubai.

Price wise, it is on the mid and higher range. The chicken mandy is approximately 5 dirhams more expensive than the ordinary Yemeni restaurant.

The cook maybe is not from Yemen. As the kitchen is visible from the dining area, I can see that most of the staffs are Asians.

Some good points about this restaurant. Its clean, has good service and nice food presentation. Food is served in a traditional steel plate with cover. Staffs are professional and helpful. Service time is less than 10 minutes. Food also comes in big portion. A plate of 1/4 chicken mandi can be shared by two adults.

Frankly, I don't think this restaurant is worth another visit because I have tasted better and cheaper Yemeni food in Dubai.

The restaurant had a fantastic ambiance and delicious food. However, during our lunch visit, it was packed and seating was limited. It would be great if they could expand their seating capacity to accommodate more customers during peak hours.

Our regular visits to this restaurant have been marred by a continuous decline in food quality. The Chicken Madhbee was again disappointing, with dry and oddly scented chicken, accompanied by tasteless rice. Following an unsatisfactory response from the branch manager, I have made the decision to refrain from any future visits.

ZamZam is one of the delicious restaurants for arabic food i had ever tried here in dubai.. i recommend the lamb mandi is best though i tried all mandi they have ..
I heard there were 3 branches but the one i tried is located at nearest Deira City Centre near Ibis hotel and next to the Mosque in that area . .

Yummy food...we ordered chicken madfoon.
upon entry we were quickly seated and first they served a soup and salad...followed by chicken madfoon with mild briyani type of rice and then sweet luqaimat and for the perfect finishing touch sulaimani tea was served. Dont miss to try kunafa.
