Update: went into this store with a friend. I warned her not to go into this location because of the reasons listed below. Nothing about this pathetic display of "customer service" has changed. Seriously, why are the WORKERS so impertinent?

Why are the WORKERS such pretentious, discourteous, unprofessional people who display such a low level of customer service? No one greeted me, no one offered to help me, no one made a suggestion of a purchase. Regardless, I ended up buying two pairs of pants because the colors were too good to pass up due to those want-to-be snobs who work at a store with prices comparable to GAP (no offense to GAP because I went there immediately after ZARA and received excellent customer service).

Worker - a LABORER, one that works especially at manual or industrial labor.

Pretentious - attempting to impress by affecting greater importance or merit than is actually possessed.

Discourteous - showing rudeness and a lack of consideration for other people.

Unprofessional - below or contrary to the standards expected in a particular profession.

Customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during, and after they buy and use your products or services.

I come to exchange my purchased item and the cashier told me that they can only do it with specific date. Stated in the receipt that I can change and refund it anytime. Very disappointing. This is happen in Zara MOE branch. I just forgot the name of the guy, it happen 20:25, 9th of June 2023

Showed a cashier my phone screen for a style today. With almost no viewing, the cashier said that the style and stock was out of date.
In 3 minutes, I found it in all sizes in 10 meters range. Your staff is trying their best to make you lose business. They probably don’t care.

Horrific staff at all sections. Grumpy at all times, none of them is willing to assist the customers; and they have the audacity to walk into customers and hit them (i.e.: shouldering) without even saying a simple apology (I saw that incident in front of me, not with me). You ask for a specific size and they ask you to take a completely different size, just due to the fact that the required size in not available. No one suggests that you may order the required size online; or even offers to find it for you in another store. All Zara's branches have now become similar in respect of such annoying issues. What a shame!!

Employees need training on how to behave during offer’s season. They are very rude like if they expected no one will visit the store for shopping. I understand that they might be tired but this is their job and they don’t get paid for doing nothing. They shouldn’t be disrespectful or treat the people bad, they need to be more polite.

Hello , yesterday my girlfriend went to your shop but someone bothered her , he said i like you and lucky your boyfriend he not stop talking with her , she just asking for the size . I wanted to come today to your shop but i know if i will come he will loose his job. Please the mr the manager try to control your staff or next time hire someone who can just help customers because your shop not really safe . Moe
