They don’t have quality food and need to order from outside, they have sheesha cafe only, we spent nice time and played cards with sheesha and outside food. Staff is good ????

We thought we'd found our second home after Indulgence closed, to our delight we heard it was owned by a former customer at Indulgence. V Good sheesha, good ambience but we left the cafe today in 5 mins because we realized they have VIP guests who the staff cannot confront despite misbehaviour.

A bunch of men entered the cafe and started moving our things from our table (from the family sitting area) and occupied the space moving our bags away and the staff stood their tongue tied and eventually told us we can give you a different seat in the outside area which the girls in our group did not want to sit as was crowded with all men. We asked the staff what was the point of calling it a family area if it wasn't treated like one. And if it was just us boys it was a different scenario but with women along if they were not comfortable there was no point staying there. The staff continued to remain tongue tied. The stag party (VIPs as the staff addressed them) occupying our tables continued shamelessly while we just left the cafe and found our new home The Black Pearl just a few minutes away.

Shame, a good cafe with a visit horribly gone wrong.

Service very baad staff attitude specially arabic guys are so rude if you will tell them to refresh the sheesha they are about to abouse ghe customers

Strongly not recommended...

You can check one year before my review was 4 star and now I am giving 1 star. I wish I could give 0 or minus. Now it's the most pathetic cafe. Sitting there for more than two hours, didn't change the coal even once. At the start there were 4 coals and i didn't feel good so I told the Arabic guy to change but he didn't change instead said it is fresh one. At least he should have seen why it was generating too much coal smoke and I was coughing. Finally, I removed one coal to make the balance. Won't ever go there and won't recommend at all

Exploiting customers. We booked a cab for 4 people at £110 which we agreed to. They then called and asked if we would mind someone else we didn’t know joining the fare which we didn’t mind as the trains we cancelled. Turns out they were charging the other passenger another £85 ontop which is exploitation of the situation. If they were upfront and explained there was a small surcharge that would be distributed between us but ultimately make it cheaper by bringing an extra (random) passenger then perhaps it would’ve been ok, but they chose to make some extra money ontop of people already in a bad situation. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Awful service from Stansted they completely ripped us off at the airport when no other options for travel were available. They quoted us £110 for a people carrier (7 seats) to Tottenham Hale fair enough, no problem there at all. There was only 4 of us and Sam Taxi asked if another person could be added to our taxi (a woman who we didn’t know). We said no problem as we could share the fare to Tottenham Hale with her Upon adding another person they increased the fare by £80 (despite the fact we still fitted in the same cab and we’re going to the same place). It’s not a coach service where you pay per person. It’s a fare one way for the time/miles. Very dishonest and taking advantage of people during a difficult time in the storm when no other options were available. Clearly have no morals or goodwill whatsoever
