Bought a couple of beautiful bags and a pair of shoes The quality of the products is remarkably good for such an affordable price. The service was fantastic, I was served by a lady named Marina who was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely go back the next time I'm at Gatwick airport.

Great selection of goods. It stocks the same sort of clothes you'd expect from Dune but no matter what time of year we go away they always seem to have a good selection of Summer wear. The staff are friendly and are helpful and knowledgeable but never too pushy for a sale. The store is well laid out, well lit and always tidy.

What absolutely pathetic rubbish customer service experience in the store at Gatwick North Terminal today. Young blonde guy couldn't have given a care and probably wanted to be home on the couch at the way he looked. Absolutely unbelievable.

Paid £120 for mens shoes right shoe has a loud click as l walk called this shop “nothing can be done has to be tacken back to airport store which is 100 miles away dont buy from them after sale service is bad
