Excellent service! Special thanks to A very professional service adviser called: Yahia.
The workshop is large located in Al Qouz, deals with all cars brands, has Zeetex batteries and tires as well.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED garage.

Please don’t take your car for any mechanical or electrical work here. Technician doesn’t know how to diagnose the issue and ofcourse doesn’t know how to fix it. They kept my car for more then 20 days and i had to take my car back after that in even more worst condition because they were not able to fix and created more issues. They also send my car to another small garage without my knowledge and they outsourced alot pf work to other garage. During the time they kept my car my advisor Shahadat kept made false promises but in the end i left with my car with more problems. Also, please don’t take service contract with them its a trap they show you big dreams and sell you service contract and because they don’t know how to work they added a clause that service contract can not be cancelled and refunded so thanks to that now i have my car with more problems and i lost the money spent on service contract.

A great Garage, the steering wheel alignment guy is very professional and would always come back to them ???? and suggest to do your car at their place ????The sales guys are very polite and kind Mr. Yehya was straight to the point and very helpful, nice and neat waiting area. 10 out if 10 ????

I encountered zDegree when needed to change the tires on my car and started looking on internet. I came across a great deal. On further inquiry, zDegree people called me. Next day I visited the workshop located in Al Qouz. The office is spacious with multiple people available to help you. You can also wait to get your car fixed in the waiting area as well as pray in the small musallah located in the office.
Once I arrived at the zDegree, I was told to go to the office. I paid for the tires at the reception and proceeded to the other staff whom I informed that the I needed to change the tires.
They told me to bring my car in the workshop. The workshop is huge with multiple bays for fixing the cars. The area was very clean and well maintained. The new tires were fixed in half an hour and then they checked the alignment. Once everything was set, they told me that I can take the car.
I also saw many other high end cars getting serviced there. zDegree has denting, painting, service etc and not only tires.
Overall a very great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tires or any other issues related to car.

zDegree offer the most amazing service, I have used them regularly for anything from replacing tires to major services and repairs on my car.

Yahia & Shabbir have both helped me on a few occasions and are fantastic, all the staff are great and professional, and were always readily available for contact if I needed anything or had queries. Yahia especially went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. zDegree were always accommodating with my schedule for drop off (sometimes last minute or after hours) and pick up, they are quick with ordering parts, actioning repairs, keeping you updated along the way and getting your car back on the road as soon as possible.

I highly recommended using their services and will continue using them in the future.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Shabir who has been very professional of taking care my vehicle starting from the beginning of the service until the end. In addition, I have bought the 5,000km package in a reasonable price which is a good deal. I will recommend this service to my friends who are looking for guaranteed good service. Thank you.

They have good prices for tires and this is perhaps 4th set of tires I am buying in this company. Service is a bit slow and sales are pushy trying to sell service packages- which I really dislike.
