I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Zeerla Spa, and I must say, it was utterly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an air of indifference from the staff, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers.

The ambiance was far from relaxing; instead of calming music and soothing scents, there was an odd mixture of unpleasant odors lingering in the air. The decor was outdated and shabby, hardly what one would expect from a supposedly high-end spa.

My treatment was a disaster as well. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and lacked any real skill. The massage itself was more painful than therapeutic, leaving me sore and regretting my decision to come here.

To add insult to injury, the prices at Zeerla Spa were exorbitant for the subpar service they provided. I have been to many spas in the past, and this one ranks among the worst in terms of value for money.

Furthermore, the facilities were unclean, and I couldn't shake the feeling of being in an unhygienic environment. It was far from the pristine and sanitized atmosphere one would expect from a reputable spa.

The whole experience felt rushed, as if they were trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. There was no attention to detail, no personalization, and no effort to make me feel like a valued customer.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at Zeerla Spa. There are plenty of other spas that offer much better services, a more relaxing atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about their customers' well-being. Steer clear of this disappointing establishment.

Gina and Yaya !! Omg they were amazing ladies really ! We booked massage and jakkuzi as well and enjoyed it so much ! have experienced massage before many places but these ladies positive energy made it more special. Feeling fully relax

The best experience ever. They way they organise all the decorations with the examples I gave. Was just perfect !!! Special thanks to Sara and Yaya the best therapists. If your looking for a couple day where your able to share all rooms together with your husband this is the One ????

I had Hannah this evening for a 90 minute massage at home and it was amazing. The set up was beautiful, Hannah is very professional and kind and it was the best massage. Feeling great and will definitely be re-booking!

The place is amazing, I have been using the facility for a long time using entertainer , the service and the facilitators are so nice and professional. I would highly recommend everyone to give it a shot and try this place.
