The customer service at this Zoom market seems to be so much more customer oriented than others. The manager Elvin was talkative, curious and extremely helpful when accessing goods that were difficult to attain. The efficiency of the store is very quick and everyone is extremely helpful. Vivian also went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. With employees like this, it encourages customers to come back and gain rapport with such people. Best Zoom in the city.

With every passing day... There staff is going nuts... My best guess is since management is in state on coma. So no one to ask for anything.
I agree kabayans are friendly & hard working BUT IN CASE OF ZOOM STAFF IS TOTALLY OPPOSITE.
I just now purchased few items and got to know since maria can't scan sham pickle. So her inside GENIUS woke up and she charged me some other item of same brand ie 9 aed PRETTY SMART RIGHT.
but i went to carrefour across road and bought same item at 6.50.
So when i came back to return the item she said NOOOOO ITS TOTTTALLLLY DEEFFRENT ITS CARREFOUR I mean seriously are u kidding me that your prices are OVER BY 35 %FROM OTHER MKTS I mean SERIOUSLY..
MANY price tages are wrong misplaced COOKING OIL OTHERS
VEGETABLES ARE ROTTEN NO CARE NO TIME TO REMOVE THEM FROM SHELF
Rather ms maria have time to note down the temperature of freezer that is most important then removing rotten items from shelf.
Anyone knows how to reach management or their situation is more bad then here.
IF YOU ORDER MILK THEY DELIVER BUT IF WATER THEN CANT NOOOT ALLOWWWED SIRRRRR.... FUNNY RIGHT
I WISH SOME OTHER MARKET OPENS AND STOP VISITING THEM

Very expansive super market, what i dont like the most is waiting time for the payment. With one counter always close but u see staff there. I go there coz is on my way to work Orelse i will never buy a single thing from them

Neat and clean market with a lot of good quality products. Boy at the food counter was so much enthusiast in getting me the best lunch.

I think the prices are expensive here and the range of products could be better. But almost all essential goods are here, and the shop has a convenient place for residents of Indigo.

Worst bad bad bad experience. I placed order for water at 12.30 and now its 2.10am and no order arrived. Everytime... they are saying that its coming in 10 min. Than we will place outside the home when i need water why do u wanna place outside. now they are not picking up my call

Hell thumps down and do not recomend. Worst ppl cannot deliver water at this time and let me make u suffer.
