A great community supermarket, everything you need for your basic groceries from fresh fruit & veg, meat (no pork), a wide selection of dried foods, jar & canned good, the usual crisps & chocolates, and of course cleaning products (many are environmentally friendly, which is appropriate given this communities ethos).
They have a small deli which includes a Starbucks mini cafe.
There is also seating areas inside & outside if you need a quick stop to eat.

The store is relatively big, it has all the departments you would expect in a supermarket. I was impressed, just cause you hear zoom you picture a gas station convenience store.

A couple of times I went there, It was little over priced to me, compared to other stores in the are. Quality of fruits and veg and variety is average at best.

I think it’s good for emergencies since operating hours are longer than its neighbors as I remember

Friendliest staff but don’t eat their read-made sandwiches. The egg wrap needs to be improved. I was really hungry and had to buy from Zoom because my other option was Macdonald’s. So I thought your sandwiches are healthy. Unfortunately the taste was not fresh. The eggs were tasteless. I also tried the turkey and hot dog and the taste was also really bad the sause and combination besides I asked for turkey cheese anyways. I hate to waste food but this is the first time I had to throw aways the food. Thank God I had some chocolate. This is not my first experience with the sandwiches. I had a similar experience with another branch in Garhoud. Try to change your supplier or menu.

It takes Over an hour and a half to have anything delivered to Mira from these guys plus they’ve messed up our order multiple times. Your best off driving there yourself or move onto another mart.

It is clean and has everything you may need. Their outdoor seating area is pretty nice. They serve Starbucks coffee too!

The shop is fine but the orders through the phone are the worst. They don't answer and they simply give to customer 'line busy'. I don't have to add that the delivery is taking more than 1 h.

Asked for a telephone appointment and they made it face to face, should have got a call at 9am and did not. Spoke to Marleen who was rude, abrupt, impatient with poor vocabulary. Would really appreciate if we can have some positive, well spoken staff who are enthusiastic about their role. Been going here since 1995 and this is the worse it's ever been, a mess with poor service

Let me start by saying that the doctors here are some of the best I've ever had. Dr Tanner and Dr Moss in particular have always been super helpful, always attentive and empathetic towards any situation. I couldn't give them enough stars.

However, there are definitely frustrations around availability here. It's very difficult to get an appointment - and often you have to have an appointment because you're forced to go through a medication review every so often (I'm sure this means a lot of unnecessary appointment bookings but it's probably a legal requirement). Messages sent are done in a way that's one-way communication, so very difficult to get in touch with the doctor.

In summary, the practice doesn't seem to be run in the most efficient way - but perhaps it's hamstrung by the rules and regulations of what they must do these days. Frustrating though when the doctors themselves are excellent!

Dr K Sidhu not sure how you can be classed as a doctor as I have never felt so belittled and made out to be a liar in my life yet you have a duty of care as a health professional but smirked and rolled your eyes at my health concern for the second time.

Brentford Group Practice I have been a patient of yours for 30+ years and you have had many great doctors such as Dr Lane, Hugh Jones and Tanner but these cover doctors such as K Sidhu do not do your practice any favours what so ever!

Extremely happy with this surgery. The receptionists have recently gone above and beyond to assist me. The doctors are also extremely thorough and have always taken the time to cover everything my husband and I have been concerned about.

Very, very poor, it’s actually getting worse, the staff including the receptionist and supposed doctors are arrogant and unhelpful
Asking for something simple is an insult to their day, whatever that is
It seems to become a case of the patient, who they are supposed to help, has become a nuisance to them, and a waste of their time and support
I never thought it would come to this day, god forbid that you feel unwell or need medical support, that they seem to know more about you, than you
Obviously with their data, and A.I they can decide if you are worth dealing with
To ask them for something or any help, requires going through a stage whereas I can only describe as an interrogation by their staff
I now pray for the day when we have A.I intelligence robots serving us, then maybe we would get shown some empathy and consideration

Once you managed to see the GP or nurse, the service it's good, but the difficulty is to book the in-person appointment!!
I used their online consultanting service and they asked to call and book a blood test. So I did, one receptionist booked for me straight away unfortunately I had to cancel. They told me I could call and book the blood test next time.
I called today, and suddenly another receptionist told me I have to see the GP first or cannot book the blood test. which means I will miss the right time for blood test this month and have to wait until next period. Why I wasn't told to see the GP when I called several times last month? Different receptionists tell different stories. This is very confusing and wasting time.

Holding music is enough to make anybody I’ll, however at this point I’ve built such a great relationship with the dial tone and intercom person it’s a joke, for the giggles, I called and walked in the surgery and sat and watched them wait for the call to ring out, the receptionists all have 0 clue

I have been with this practice for nearly 7 years now. Initially they were good, and I had no complaints, but I rarely used the GP services then. Now that I have a baby I ended up using it more often than before. I feel that they are not properly organised at all. Have a system to book in appointments daily at 8 am, but even after getting through to the receptionist after 30-40 minutes on call, you get told that there is no appointment however urgent it is. And they are RUDE at times, just call 111 or go to A&E! It is just absurd how they can behave rudely when we call about our small kids or elderly!
The doctors we have met are really good, no complaints at all there.
The receptionists needs to just filter/handle requests properly and have an organised system.
