This small little shop is very convenient for small little groceries and drinks and snacks.
They also offer delivery service to your room which is great for those heavy bags. The staff are helpful and polite. The shop itself also has a bakery section which you can buy pastries and desserts. 5 stars for a small little shop..

I am a Burj Khalifa resident and this supermarket has THE WORST OF THE WORST customer service proven over the years! There are 5 staff are 10sq.m shop always busy doing nothing so you end up waiting for paying your bill at least 15 mins. Additionally, if you order anything over the phone they will come at least an hour later because THEY FORGET. After that they will end up bringing the wrong item EACH SINGLE TIME because non of them speaks even basic English but anyhow they will pretend to understand instead of asking you to clarify. Just use Deliveroo for ordering groceries and save yourself the trouble. Last note, they brought in the wrong heated sandwich, so they replaced it and asked for the old one back, which obviously I had touched, guess it is going to someone else's table...My suggestion to zoom management: don't hire 5 low educated people, hire 1-2 who actually can do the job!

Very bad customer service, they are selling rotten tomatoes for 15 dirham. When I informed them they didn’t want to accept it. I am resident of Burj Khalifa when ever they bring somethings up I paid them tip, I asked to deliver less than 25 dirham for one time they didn’t accept it. Very rude staffs
