Worst Customer Experience:- They just play with the emotions of the customer. Fraud is the right word in the sense of urgency they create a bill and misguide customers with all extra charges after finalizing the product. During billing, they charged 100 dhs more.

Please try other shops which are nearby they will give you a better customer experience.

Very worst customer experience provided by the shopkeeper. Never goes by his words. Product was offered at a price in the beginning. Just because I came out and went inside he increased the price by 50 dhs. Never recommend this to anyone

As a stranger to the area and needing to get to my destination, I was totally reliant on the driver. What is a 6 mile, 20 minute journey and roughly £20 ended up being 35 minutes and over £30. I called the company and wad net with the most unhelpful response and informed I would need to ring back Monday before 10.00 am to get a refund. If a driver don't know where they are going they should at least enquire with the dispatcher first.

I’ve been using Happy Cabs for a regular 3 trips per week for the last 18 months. Our driver Habib is one of the most professional drivers Ive ever met, interacting with his passengers and giving a 5 star service. Always happy to change plans when needed at short notice. Thank you Habib and keep up the great work.

Despite booking and getting a quote, we were charged 30% extra. Very poor driver and customer service. Do not use. Next time will use Uber!

Waited 20 mins for a cab then the driver left literally 2/3 mins after he arrived because he was at a different part of Fleming park to me, didn’t even brother to even call me otherwise I would have told him exactly where I was.. really annoying then the woman on the phone was really rude and also said it was 15mins for another one to come… no time for companies with no respect for their customers, won’t be using again.

Arrived 8 mins late, even though the operator said he'll be 2 minutes. If he been honest wouldn't have been issue. Nice Driver though. Cost £18 when uber was quoting £10.50 for the 4 mile journey. They also charged me a waiting charge although they were late so not sure what that was for.

I had laryngitis at the time of the call and admit my signal wasn't great nor was my voice. But for the gentleman to basically start having a shouting match with me down the phone because he couldn't hear me or understand me due to the signal didn't help at all. It was frustrating but couldn't be helped. I decided after ordering to cancel taxi as another option came up.
