This zoom store close to the Dubaï internet city metro station. They have plenty of things in this small store . Like sandwich , rices , noodles , fruits , snacks grocery etc… the staff is really good

My son had a severe allergic reaction after he had a bite from one of the wraps they sell there. I reported the issue, and while it's worrying that the ingredient list is not displayed anywhere and staff is not educated properly on allergens and all ingredients in the food they sell, the store manager had a positive attitude and received my feedback openly (that's why I give 3 stars). Hope all allergens are documented properly from now on for all future customers. We also learned a lot from this experience.

One of the worst Zoom stores in Dubai.
If I can give it minus 5 I wouldn't mind.
Chaotic staff with no organisation or paying attention to customers.

The starbucks coffee inside is a bad experience (the staff always not available and you have to call for them and wait) they don't know the names of the drinks.

The cashiers are super slow and irresponsible and always busy doing other things.

The worst part is the snacks section (no one available for service and food quality has some issues).

Clearly there is no manager in the store and there is a high traffic to the store as it is surrounded by hotels and corporate buildings.

Such a greedy store and no value for the Loyal costumers regardless they pay double the price for the stuffs everyday .

We were I informed that that will give 25 aed less on the items purchased using Yes rewards specially for 1 specific day but upon trying to avail the promo they have lots of excuses and wasted my 30mins for nothing , it’s was just a fake and wrong promos just to lure the people.

Unfortunately i live in the same tower but i rarely buy from there as i noticed there is daily shuffle in prices everytime i buy an item ! the prices fluctuate continuously . In addition to that, many items has 4 to 8 AED difference from other stores and some items even more variation ! However, my only star goes for the amazing and hardworking staff in it !

I stumbled into it unfortunately when I was hungry the store staff is friendly guided me for address which i was searching and had a bite in the store which is cool in hot summer
