I usually come and go on this shop 20Plaza!!! Most of the cashiers were not smiling, seems like they don't enjoy there work!!! But there is one cashier who have different hair color shes funny and lively.. hope all the cashiers have same energy like her...

I had a negative experience at 20 plaza (discount shop). It's important for businesses to provide good customer service, regardless of the prices or discounts they offer. Rude behavior is not acceptable, and it can certainly leave a lasting impression on customers. It might be good if they hire people who are educated enough to understand what they’re doing and how they can handle the position. This shop they sell discounted items and they hired people in discounted rates who doesn’t even know what exactly customer service means. We as a customer should spend money and should see the attitude of the staff.

I do enjoyed going to the store as I can find the things I'm looking for and I may say price some are cheaper from other store then other are same prices.

The staff so rude and as such an attitude I just asked about one damaged product and the floor staff was making false accusations on me and showing terrible attitude. Management should look into this seriously.

Everything is here with cheap price. If we will ask to staff, without checking they will tell that item not here. If we have time, we can find it.

Discount Centre.. Good stuff but hard to get parking especially in the weekend. Better to go during the weekdays only.
