It was a good and peaceful experience but the kids ruined it, it would be better if there is a crying room for the kids or someone thats only for kids ofc the service is good, they are well spoken, good with giving the details and they are communicative which is really good its a lovely place but the aqua would be better if there is one for adults and teenagers (16+) it would be really great and fun but there is not much to spend which is a bit sad

Boots website showed acetone as being in stock, so I drove there. The assistant looked in a drawer and said we haven't stocked it for some time. I mentioned the website showed stock, and the story changed to, must have recently sold the last bottle. I just felt the assistant couldn't be bothered. I rang the Teignmouth branch, and their assistant went off and found a bottle.

Recently changed surgery & there was a repeat prescription error during the change. Boots & surgery staff went out of their way to rectify. Fantastic service from Dawlish Boots shop side & pharmacy.

Very down at heel Place, tattey looking, but staff really nice and friendly despite the pressure they are under

Really lovely staff really helpful. But my goodness. To queue for Three quarters of an hour. The pharmacy in a dreadful situation. People stressed and worried re medication. NewtonAbbot won't ring Boots Dawlish. No phone calls as under staffed. Absolutely a nightmare for the elderly. Then wait another Half an hour for prescription. Really under staffed

Ordered a desperatly needed piece of medical equipment for my poorly wife on a guaranteed next day delivery and collection from store. Several visits throughout the day with the same excuse - delivery hasent arrived. Seems the issue is with the staff at this branch and not the delivery network as this is the second time this has occurred. Oh they dont answer the phone either. Dont waste your time here

Good local store and pharmacy, with the only problem being shortage of staff and so waiting for service can be long.

Five star service from Boots in Dawlish, a smaller branch but always helpful in advising on getting products not available in store. Also very busy dispensing department keeping calm under immense pressure especially during the summer when the town is full of tourists.
