I am very pleased with my service. The taxi arrived quickly. The driver happily loaded and unloaded my items. And whilst at my doorstep, he was more than happy to assist me , with carrying my new lawnmower and strimmer and other items into property.

Call handler gave driver the wrong address, I called to correct this after receiving the confirmation text and the driver still went to the wrong address. I was told that my price would be £12 but I was later charged £17 I asked the driver why the price had changed and he told me it was because he drove to the wrong place - How is that my fault? Unprofessional scam, do not recommend

Pre-booked taxi 48 hour before from a festival to return home at midnight. Got text to say taxi was cancelled an hour before pick up time so ended up stranded! Second time that city cars have cancelled pre booked taxi with little to no notice. Won’t be using again as unreliable

Flight was late, driver made contact and picked us up once we were out. The driver was very helpful and courteous even stopping for milk. Great service

Useless. Booked a taxi through the app and it said its on its way. But then it stopped and the driver decided to cancel it whilst on the way to pick up. Called city cars, theey told me that, i have to wait another 10-15 minutes for a new taxi. When i asked why did the driver that assigned cancelled the ride, the response was - I dont know. Absolutely disgusting and so disappointing.

Very disappointed with City Cars Lichfield. Pre booked a return taxi to a wedding venue . The taxi to the venue turned up on time but the return taxi did not !! Called to ask where they were , was told they had no record of the booking . We were basically stuck in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately one of the wedding guests gave us a lift .

However, for important appointments, catching flights, or any scenario where being on time is crucial, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives like Uber. Uber's prompt and efficient service ensures timely arrivals without unnecessary concerns.

Very simple booking process on the app, driver arrived 5 mins early (I like that) helped with luggage into the car and then had a friendly chat on the journey. Clean car, pleasant journey and so easy to book (and pay). Top effort.
