I entered to be rudely told "sorry, we are not taking anymore parcels today." In a very unapologetic tone. I could see he was very busy standing there doing nothing.

I received a postal card saying that a parcel has been left at Whalesmead PO at 4:50pm when I came home. I called if the PO was still open. I was assured that I could go along to collect it. A good service indeed with a smile!

This is a great little shop with lots of lovely things that you don't usually see in supermarkets. The owner, Ali, is a lovely person. Very polite and helpful.

Very efficient service, young guy in there was very friendly and helpful. Best service I've ever had in there, give that lovely guy a pay rise!

The owner is always very helpful especially with advise on sending important documents by post. Also they have everything you need from a small local shop!

I went to post a parcel and they did it for me as I asked. What more could you want from a post office? They also sell crisps and mars bars

Really good post office with every thing you need from papers, sweets, stationary and drinks the staff are really nice and freindly and the best shop around for sweets!!!
