Toilets are never open, took my money and the door didn't open, twice on separate occasions. Very frustrating when you're in desperate need to urinate! The emergency/24 hour toilet isn't open either, I even tried the mens I was so desperate, but no luck. There aren't any other public toilets available. I'm lucky because I'm young and relatively healthy but I can only imagine what it would be like for someone who struggles to get around or has health issues.

Once again couldn't get in to use these toilets. Machine took my money but door did not open!! These toilets are the worse ones I've ever come across. rarely clean, rarely working and the disabled one is up steps and filthy!! Men's toilets working fine apparently.

These toilets need looking at! We got to the 24 hour toilet as the others were closed and a person was trapped inside as your locks didn't open when they wanted to leave, very unsafe! We got the person out eventually but they were very distressed and it was lucky we were passing by, the person was grateful. Be careful using that toilet.

I have certainly been to worse, but one would hope that toilets you have to pay for would be clean. These facilities have certainly seen better days.
As it is a locked door that prevents entry to people who have not paid the 20p charge, it is possible to tailgate through.

The worst toilets I've ever had the misfortune to pay 20p for! No toilet roll, floor awash with heaven knows what, no loo seat and no hook for belongings - haven't perfected a hover technique whilst wearing a winter coat and a bag so had to dump the latter inside the teeny sink.

Directed to car park and public conveniences to find that both the female and gents toilets cost 20p to enter. This is a disgrace. Public health requires that a bladder needs emptying regularly. It is an essential part of life and not having money should not prevent anyone from the health requirement of evacuating ones bladder.

Filthy, cost 30p entry, doors don’t lock and no toilet paper. Hot tap isn’t hot. 1 star as soap was in dispenser shame I have damp knickers
