My cat was brought to Bay Vets after being hit by a car nearby. Unfortunately she didn't make it but the staff were just incredible - so caring towards her and myself, and willing to help in any way they could. I would 100% recommend this vet surgery purely based on their staff alone. Thank you so much.

Awesome Vets! The location is wonderful and convenient. The office is clean and welcoming and the team is incredible. My furry baby is so calm when he goes there that he is almost unrecognisable. I am so happy you guys are there to help, keep up the hard work!

Very friendly and professional from start to finish
Kept me informed on how the surgery went on my girl every step of the way, and did what I asked for concerning a coat and they sent photos which helped me to relax
