Website says post office closes at 6pm but on a Thursday it’s 1pm
Need to update the website to reflect this.
Was told by the Post mistress that the hours are for the shop!
I checked specifically before I drove the 20 minutes, as this is the only post office for miles, next one is Dunoon that is another 20 minutes on.

Telephoned post office with an enquiry, spoke to a very helpful young man, who didn't know the answer to my enquiry but took my number. Found the answer and telephoned me back to confirm he could help and even told me when he would be working as he now knew exactly how he could help and what had to be done. Extremely impressed.

Beautifully cooked meals and top presentation.
The menu might be small but there is something for everyone.
Shop, post office and restaurant all in one.
Just check opening times as often closed evenings during the week

Good local shop and post office with a bistro style restaurant serving all day,nice friendly staff,food selection is limited but this is a rural area and it is good to have this facility in the village .
