Terrible Customer Service experience. I did my change of visa status, got my kids visa's put into their passport and emirates ID application with Al Nadeera. I was told it would take 1 day to get the visa put in the passport and it took 6 days instead, each day it was another excuse, they will lie to get your business. Then I asked that the Emirates ID be sent to the post office near my apartment in Dubai as all the rest of my Emirates ID's were done that way. Instead it was sent to the main post office in Fujairah, so I needlessly have to drive to Fujairah again. This company has terrible customer service and will lie straight to your face. Stay away if you value your time.

Very cosy quiet cottage in great location, close to the canal towpath but not overlooked by people walking along, and sheltered garden to sit outside. Lots of local options for walks, gardens to visit and coffee spots. Pauline provided lots of useful information in advance and responded quickly as needed following a local power cut.

Simply excellent. The location is perfect , a nice quiet idyll tucked away from traffic and town noise. Within walking distance of Lochgilphead for shops but far enough away to avoid any noise. The house has all necessary amenities, well stocked kitchen and option of natural fire stove or radiators. Even a dryer for those wet walks in the Argyll wilderness. Would definitely stay again!

Crinan canal cottage was perfect for us in every way. It’s spacious and cosy. Pauline was very helpful and always answered very quickly when needed.
I would definitely use again.

A great stay at no.8 a lovely cottage very cosy, comfy & clean with a small pretty garden. The location is beautiful with walks from the door. Pauline is an amazing owner she has so much information about the area which made such a difference to our holiday. Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to returning.

Wonderful cottage stay with our family of 4 and our dog. Cottage is lovely, cozy and clean. Pauline the owner of the cottage provided lots of great local information and was available if we needed her. Cottage was very close to our family's home which was fantastic for visiting family.
Area around the cottage is calm, peaceful and there is lots to explore. Have now stayed in both cottages and loved them both. Thanks again Pauline. xxx

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in number 4. The cottage is extremely well equipped and everything we needed was at hand. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We love this area and the cottage made an excellent base for us to revisit familiar places and find new ones aswell.
Pauline , host, is very attentive and approachable. She makes sure that her clients are happy and stays in contact offering helpful advice of places to go, eat and experience.
Highly recommended. We will be back.

Fabulous cottage is a delightful setting. Ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the local area. A real ‘get away from it all’ setting. The host, Pauline was incredibly helpful, the entire experience we would highly recommend. The fantastic weather did help, and of course that’s not guaranteed on the west coast!

We had a fantastic stay at Crinan Cottage. It was a perfect size for a family of four, the kitchen was well equipped and we loved having the wood burning stove in the evenings. The children were delighted that the wifi was so good ????.
There is lots to do in the area if you have a car to get around. We would definitely visit again.
Also Pauline was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.
