My dog was allowed. extraordinary location. You definitely tell that the owners and staff have respect for the property.

My dog was more than welcome. He is usually shy but he didn’t back away when the waiters approached.

Clean, best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. definitely recommend this place, both hotel and restaurant.

Where do I start! Beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. The pictures on their website are lovely but don’t do it credit to what a truly lovely place this is. The breakfast was one of the best of anywhere we have stayed. The evening meals are as equally impressive. We also enjoyed meeting other guests (mainly in the bar!)! from as far as USA, Australia, Germany and as close as Glasgow who all were as impressed with Taychreggan as we were. The manager Michelle was welcoming and friendly as were all the staff. Our room had beautiful views and we enjoyed all the little extra interesting and thoughtful touches around the hotel. Thank you to all the staff. We will definitely be back.

A stunning hotel in a wonderful location. We returned 26 years after being married here and were slightly anxious about being disappointed. We needn’t have been as it was as lovely as we’d remembered. Michele the GM was lovely and even managed to find the same spot we had our wedding photo taken!

Excellent. Had a very tasteful dinner. We did not however stay as a hotel guest, so really no good idea about the rooms etc. If the kitchen, and reception we got from the host, is any indication? Then I would expect well equiped grand rooms. If you come for a dinner rrservation, the scenic drive op to The Taychreggan is well worth it and would certainly sharpen your appetite.

Unbelievable views over the loch, wonderful food and friendly staff. We were even upgraded to a suite because it was our honeymoon. An incredibly tranquil place and the perfect place to end our holiday.

Wonderful one night stay at Tachreggen Hotel. It's a bit of a winding drive to get there, but it is well worth it! Next time, we will book a longer stay so as to explore the beautiful Loch Awe shores.
Ideal for photos.

Our 2nd visit with friends and the only critical point I will make is the quality of the evening meal was belowpar from last year.
Breakfast was excellent, staff fantastic and locality amazing.

This place is amazing
Just pure wow factor from start to finish
I will 10000000% be back
And will recommend this to eveyone i know
