I was on a coach trip that stopped there to pick up and drop off further passengers. It was very quiet on both occasions which made easy parking for the coach driver in a decent sized area.

Ridiculous. No Decent Shelters, Seats are so low ..You can get back ache .No where to get a coffee. Water etc Its supposed to be, changing yet again..The Bus station...With Housing on [ where the garage used to be]..& On where Police station was now a carpark.. Yes more Housing....Bus Station. Not The best about ..Certainly for Visitors. .

Simple basic bus station. Some undercover stands and good connections to Burton, Walsall, Cannock, Tamworth, Sutton and Birmingham and the city rail station close by. August 2020 bus station had basic alterations but still same shelters at each stop. Two new toilets built one unisex and one with disabled access, both with electronic locking. However sadly it appears they are not regularly checked and cleaned as often very dirty and unpleasant.

A good place to catch a bus. Rubbish as a fishing venue or somewhere to walk nervous iguanas.

Good station right next to the train station and the city centre. There are also toilets and disabled toilets available and some benches to sit on
