I found a baby hedgehog half dead by the road and these guys took him right off my hands and nursed him back to health to be released back into the wild. Really helpful people.

Sadly I have now had two bad experiences out of the 4 visits/interactions I’ve ever had with this Practice. The other 2 were positive and the vets who we saw were helpful, kind and knowledgable. Unfortunately we have had 2 bad experiences now with other staff there and I won’t be keeping my dog registered at a Practice where the service is only acceptable 50% of the time.
It’s a shame as it is easy to get timely appointments and the vets we have seen have been good hence why I haven’t given a 1 star review!

My kitten was experiencing eye problems and they managed to book him in in as little as 45 minutes. So satisfied with the advice they gave me over the phone as I didn’t want to waste their time if it wasn’t something to worry about. Turns out he needed eye drops and I was so pleased with the thorough checks of my kitten as well as passing on the information to me. The vet was more than happy to answer other questions I had too. Very pleased with my experience

Thankyou so much for helping me with my sick dog Cocker Dolly with a blindness issue (lower eyelid jammed shut). The reception staff made an appt within 30 mins of my call which was highly appreciated , then straight in to see Vet Alex who was extremely helpful and prescribed eye drops after a through examination which I can say 3 days later Dolly has fully recovered.
Once again , Thankyou ever so much. Ken.

Every member of staff there is kind, empathic, understanding and caring. My pets are always treated with love and respect and I feel supported as an owner.

Treated both of my cats through the toughest times we've ever had with any pets, they're so kind and will do anything to make sure they're okay ❤️

Very happy with their services when my rats health suddenly went down hill. They were very kind and compassionate. Unfortunately she didn't improve, so we decided to get her cremated with them. They gave us a lovely box containing her ashes, a small bottle of hair, and a card with her paw prints. I will cherish these. Thank you Vets4Pets X
